Location: Revolution Church; Pete's Candy Store, 709 Lorimer street, Brooklyn (in the Williamsburg neighborhood)

Event: Special Sunday service dedicated to Seven Straight Nights. Jay Bakker will speak about why taking a stand for gay rights is important to him as a straight man and pastor. Also, we will hear from a few members of the congregation and Soulforce.

Time: 6:30pm

Location: Glassland; 289 Kent Ave, near S. 1st St. (in Williamsburg).

Event: Free screening of "Equality U," a film about the 2006 Soulforce freedom ride. Followed by a Q & A session with some participants from the 2007 Freedom Ride.

Location: McCarren Park on the Lorimer St. side, between Bedford & Driggs

Event: "Podium Vigil" - there will be a podium & microphone. Several people will share about their experience as straight allies. Participants are invited to share their experiences. We will also be reading submissions from members of our congregations (from Brooklyn and online) relating to the topic.
