Time: 7:00pm

Location: Edgewood United Church of Christ; 469 N. Hagadorn, East Lansing.

Event: We will be showing the episode "Straight Man in a Gay World" from the 2007 series, "30 Days" which features a young, straight, conservative man from Oxford, MI who lives with a gay man in the Castro district of San Francisco for 30 days. There will be a discussion period including a panel of straight LGBT allies after the film; we will close with a candlelight vigil. Light refreshments will be served.

 

Tuesday, September 16th

Time: 6:30pm

Location: Pilgrim Congregational United Church of Christ (UCC); Downtown Lansing at 125 South Pennsylvania Avenue, just south of Michigan Avenue. We are across from Bingham School and near Sparrow Hospital

Event: Free community-wide showing of "For the Bible Tells Me So." Refreshments will be served, and the movie will be followed by an open discussion.
